Parents, my name is Layla. I'm 46 yrs old a mother of 3 (27yrs, 22yrs daughters & 17 yrs son with autism). I understand how challenging it is. I have had my own in home daycare when my children were younger & understand challenges. Especially finding care for your most prized possession. Things to think about offering pay: what would YOU accept as payment for caring for a child & tasks willing to do for wages? If not adequate for you; it's not for your nanny as well. Think about the comforts & convenience to know that your child is being raised at home & not having to wait in a daycare line. Not to mention bringing home every other child's cold & Flu's home. I would love to provide your child/children w/ excellent care, comfort, & security having someone trustworthy watching the little ones. My background & driving record is CLEAN. Being a parent & a lifeguard in my history I had to make sure I knew CPR/FIRST AID to be ready for anything unexpected-not Certified anymore but can obtain.
