About Layla

Making a difference in the lives of others is my calling. For the past 10 years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and seniors, helping them maintain their independence and well-being. My college education has provided me with a strong foundation. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I provide respite care, live-in home care, transportation, and personal care. I also assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment for those in my care. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities as needed. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. Knowing I can bring peace of mind to families while enriching the lives of their loved ones makes this work incredibly rewarding.
