About Laydy

As a nurturing childcare provider, I am passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My three years of experience as a caregiver, including previous babysitting roles, have allowed me to develop a strong rapport with children. My patient and friendly nature creates a safe and welcoming environment for kids of all ages. I believe in clear and open communication with parents and follow their preferred methods to discuss their child's day and address any concerns promptly. I am comfortable enforcing household rules as guided by the parents. I enjoy engaging children in various games, such as outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. With my graduate degree, I can also provide support for children's academic needs. In addition to English, I am fluent in Spanish. I am also comfortable with pets and am happy to assist with cooking and light housekeeping. I am committed to providing a nurturing and enriching environment for children in my care.
