About Layan

Bringing joy and nurturing care to children is my passion. For the past four years, I've had the privilege of working with children of all ages, from infants to pre-teens. I hold a college degree, and had the amazing opportunity to be a long-term substitute for a kindergarten class and am comfortable caring for many children at a time. I am CPR and First Aid certified. My approach is creative, friendly, and supportive. I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and educational activities. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I prioritize open communication with parents, adapting to your preferred method for daily updates or addressing any concerns. I speak Arabic, English, and Sign Language (ASL). I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I find immense satisfaction in helping children learn and grow, and I hope to bring that same dedication to your family.
