I have an extensive (15+yrs) experience in childcare ranging from personal nanny service to daycare settings. I am a mother of therr kids who are well on their way to being independent as teenagers. 
I enjoy spending my time caring for infants and toddlers. I am currently caring for a toddler but will soon be available as she is moving on to preschool.

Laxmi cared for our baby from the time he was 3 months old, and we truly appreciated her warmth and experience during these early, important months. She formed a loving bond with our child and approached every day with attentiveness and care. Laxmi was always punctual and brought a great deal of experience in caring for infants. Her experience as a mother herself clearly reflects in how naturally she engages with babies. We had initially planned to continue with her long-term, but had to make a change due to personal reasons unrelated to her performance. We are grateful for the time she spent with our family and would gladly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy nanny.

Laxmi helped to take care of my daughter when she was 3 months old since both my wife and I had to go back to work. She was able to work long hours whether it was early morning or a late night. She also made my daughter delicious food. My daughter loves her macaroni, tofu and salad and also really learned how to love vegetables with her. I am so thankful for the help she provided my family.

Laxmi has been caring for our daughter since she was just 7 months old and both my daughters consider her family.

I have a job that has long hours and she has been great and flexible often times starting at 6:30 or 7 am and staying as late as I needed.

She is super loving and takes great care of our little one who is now heading off to school. 

We will definitely continue to have her in our lives, and she will be a great addition to any family.

Laxmi has been our nanny since our daughter was 9 months old. We are parting ways with her since our daughter is now almost two and ready for daycare. Laxmi has been truly amazing and we could not recommend her enough. She is exceptionally warm and caring and our daughter adores her. 

Laxmi is reliable, extremely punctual, and trustworthy. She is always flexible with parents’ schedules and open to staying late or helping over the weekend if needed. Over the year that she has worked with us, she has become an extended part of our family. Laxmi has done a great job with setting a feeding and sleep schedule for our daughter and we always feel confident that our daughter is well fed, rested and cared for when she is with Laxmi.

We did a nanny share with another family for part of the year that Laxmi has been with us and Laxmi did an amazing job with both the kids. She was always present in the moment, singing and playing with the kids, and most importantly a loving and caring presence around them.

Laxmi has been a great asset for our family and we wholeheartedly recommend her to any family in need of childcare.

With Laxmi as our nanny we didn't have an ounce of worry. She was diligent in her care, ensuring that our son's needs were met at all times and according to schedule. This included timely bottles, meals, snacks, and naps. She was also attentive enough to know when to be flexible by learning and paying close attention to his sleep and hunger cues. Laxmi was also proactive about scheduling daily outings such as picnics in the park, play-time at the library, or neighborhood strolls. Her routine during the day also included reading books, singing songs, and encouraging sensory play.

As our nanny, Laxmi was reliable and always punctual, even when we were not. She arrived on time, and often stayed late, all the while keeping a smile on her face. She was welcoming of feedback when we wanted adjustments or accommodations, and it was clear that she prioritized what was best for our son.

Laxmi has worked with our family for 15 months. She is a very loving and kind person that has taken great care of our son since he was 5 months old. As a mother of three herself, she has provided us new parents with many suggestions and has been a wonderful addition to our family.  She is very responsible, punctual and thoughtful. Our son is quite happy to see her everyday. We will be sending our son to daycare and she is now looking for a new family to work with. She comes with excellent past references and I am happy to provide the same.

Laxmi is the most reliable, honest and humble person I know of. With three kids under 10, I have been always in the lookout for best nannies and help, and have worked with many of them in the last 10 years. But Laxmi truly stands out. I could trust her at every aspect whether it was dropping and picking my kids, or engaging them in activities. It didn't take much time for even my most shy kid to fall in love with her. She also helped me with some house work and exceeded expectations in all regards. She was always very prompt, would clearly communicate, trustworthy and of all - a very nice and humble person who always made me feel free of any stress or worries about whatever and whenever I needed help. Our needs have changed with all our kids in school now, but if I can I wouldn't think twice about getting her back.

Laxmi has been great to us and our daughter. She is naturally a very generously loving, caring and honest person. And those qualities translated very well as a nanny so she has all things you would want in a good nanny - super reliable, caring and honest. Very sad that she will not continue to be part of our, and mainly our little one's life but also very confident that she will make another family very happy.

Laxmi has been tremendously reliable as a nanny to our little girl. She was able to immediately bond with our daughter and become an important part of her life. As we had hoped, she was able to provide a warm, loving and caring environment for our daughter alongside stimulating her curiosity and learning. With her help our daughter has blossomed into a happy, healthy, smart and very curious toddler of almost two. We are very sad to let Laxmi out of our daughter's life but wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking to have her as a nanny for their children.
