My name is Lawrencia, but please call me Lala. I've worked in the medical field for quite some time now, approximately 10+ years, primarily in geriatrics. My parents are both physically disabled and I've also taken care of them. This type of personal care doesn't typically exist in the traditional healthcare setting. To be honest, I enjoy providing such services, which is more intimate. I truly feel like it is the perfect fit for me! I can provide companionship, assistance with bathing & dressing, light housekeeping, meal preparation, assistance with feeding, medication management, and transportation to & from appointments. I do have a wheelchair van for accessible transport. I am skilled in managing conditions and adapting to the changes in care needs. I also have experience and training with transferring safely using Hoyer/sit to stand lifts. I am honest, reliable & compassionate. And as a caregiver, I prioritize the safety, comfort and well-being of my clients.
