Lawrencia is a steady, caring presence in our lives. She brings a strong work ethic and consistently creates a warm, positive, and nurturing environment for our son. I want to gently clarify a recent comment from another parent. Lawrencia experienced the loss of her grandmother earlier this year. In our experience, she continued to be reliable and consistent despite the loss. She has planned upcoming travel to attend the funeral of her grandmother. All throughout the planning, she has been communicative and respectful of her commitments to our family. She went above and beyond to make accommodations for our son to ensure we would not be left without care. Lawrencia’s deep love for family is one of the qualities that makes her such a wonderful person. We feel very lucky to work with her and wholeheartedly recommend her.
