With a decade dedicated to supporting adults and seniors, I'm passionate about fostering their well-being and independence. My graduate degree complements my hands-on experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I strive to connect with care recipients by understanding their preferences and personal history. I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or calls.
