Nia has been caring for mom for quite some time now. She always goes over and beyond. Not often but if for any reason she has been unable to cover her shift (for example, to be married), she has always made arrangements to assure someone is available to care for mom. She is extremely reliable and if I have needed her beyond her regular shift to support with additional hours and extra duties, she has always made herself available. She is compassionate and she is kind. We are so blessed that we found her.
