WE LOVE Lavender!!! I did not have to worry. My two year old was very comfortable with Lavender the moment she walked in the door. Lavender engaged with my kids immediately while getting the scoop on feedings and bedtime routine. She made me comfortable by sending me updates throughout the night. We have used Lavender numerous times and I even took my little one to her daycare.
