About Lauryn

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, kind, and creative. I want to work with children because I enjoy being part of their creative curiosity and their learning journey. I also want to work with children because as I was growing up I had working parents and had great caregivers and I know how important that is and the difference it make in a child's life. I have had nearly 4 years of experience nannying, but I have been babysitting for over 6 years. I am full time college student majoring in psychology and I am also a cheerleader at my university. In my free time I enjoy being with my family and friends, walking on the beach, crocheting, painting, and doing other crafts. I would like to find a job working with kids to help me gain insight into where I may want to take my degree. I also would like to develop a relationship working with a family and supporting their child care needs while earning money for college.
