About Lauryn

Hi! I'm Lauryn, a school social worker in Knox County. I recently earned my MSW and work as a research assistant at the University of Tennessee. I'm looking to support a family a few days a week this summer. I have a minor in early childhood development and am a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I have experience working with children on the autism spectrum and supporting developmental and emotional needs. I'm compassionate, dependable, and adventurous. I love helping kids build confidence through outdoor play, hands-on activities, and creative learning experiences. I started working with children at 16 and have always enjoyed it. In my free time, I love hiking, kayaking, spending time with family, and thrifting. Strengths include my social work and early childhood background, RBT certification, and patience in creating a safe, supportive space. I'd love to connect!
