About Laurie

I strongly value open and consistent communication with parents and caregivers. Keeping families informed about their child's progress, daily experiences, and any concerns is a top priority for me. I am also confident in maintaining structure and enforcing household or program guidelines to ensure a balanced and respectful environment. Currently, I serve as a Family Worker for infants and toddlers, where I support not only the children but also their families. In this role, I assist with developmental guidance, connect families to resources, and help promote positive parenting practices. My experience has strengthened my ability to understand each child's unique needs while working collaboratively with families to ensure the best outcomes. I am deeply committed to making a meaningful and lasting impact in the lives of the children and families I serve, and I bring dedication, compassion, and professionalism to everything I do.
