Making a difference in people's lives is what drives me as a caregiver. With seven years of experience as a Certified Home Health Aide, I bring compassion, empathy, and a detail-oriented approach to every interaction. My passion stems from positive experiences supporting adults and seniors, always striving to promote their well-being and independence. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and redirect attention when needed. I provide transportation, run errands, handle light housekeeping, and prepare meals. Building trust is important to me when connecting with care recipients. I follow each family's preferred communication method to keep them informed about their loved one's well-being. I am also CPR and First Aid trained. I find great joy in assisting others, and I look forward to providing your family with peace of mind.
