I'm a certified caregiver and am also nurse delegated. I have worked with dementia clients, autistic, mental health, physical disability and companion care. I can do everything from running errands to full care clients. household management, medical support, and emotional & social well-being. These include assisting with daily living activities, managing medications, preparing meals, providing transportation, and offering companionship. Personal Care: Bathing and grooming: Assisting with showering, dressing, and hygiene tasks. Toileting: Helping with using the restroom, managing incontinence, and catheter/ostomy care. Mobility assistance: Helping with walking, transferring between surfaces (bed, chair, toilet), and using mobility aids. Feeding: Assisting with eating, preparing meals, and managing dietary restrictions. Medication management: Ensuring medications are taken as prescribed, including reminders and monitoring for side effects.
