We hired Laurie for one month of full time nanny care before our daughter (14 months) started daycare. Laurie was incredible - she arrived each morning enthusiastic and ready to dive in (and always a few minutes early!) and our daughter lit up when she walked in the door. She is clearly such a natural with babies and children and quickly established rapport with our daughter, who is normally quite shy and slow to warm up to new people. Laurie also handled our rambunctious dog with ease and love. We very much hope to continue working with Laurie for babysitting and one-off nanny days moving forward - we feel SO lucky to have found her and trust our daughter in her care completely.
