I taught Sunday School with Laurie for 6 years. Some of the seasons we were in Kindergarten and others in the nursery with babies and toddlers. Laurie's enthusiasm bubbles over whenever she's with children. She's fun and creative and very patient. She is loving and nurturing as well as skilled in all things for nursery care. She also has worked sucessfully with autistic children. Laurie has a knack for calming them when meltdowns flare up. I was always happy to teach with Laurie. She is a hard worker and a blessing to any child she cares for.
