About Lauren

Hi! I'm Lauren, a dedicated caregiver with over 5 years of experience working with children of all abilities, including those with special needs. I'm 27 and currently work as a substitute teacher at a special needs school. I'm trained in crisis intervention and have a strong background in creating safe, structured, and supportive environments. I have a degree in Psychology and plan to pursue my master's to become a speech therapist. I'm passionate about helping children grow, especially in communication and social skills. I've also worked as a Functional Family Therapist, supporting families through challenging situations, which has strengthened my patience and ability to build trusting relationships. I currently do not drive but am working toward my license this year. I am reliable with transportation, able to travel when needed, and always prioritize being punctual.
