Lauren cared for my 14-month old when our family was vacationing in Montecito. She was quick to respond to my last minute job posting and kindly accommodated a request to pick up milk on her way. She was timely (arrived early) and professional and listened closely to and followed all of my instructions. I liked Lauren and felt comfortable with her immediately and my son took to her instantly. He is a very mobile and busy boy who requires a lot of physical work - Lauren is young and energetic and easily kept up with him. If we lived in the Santa Barbara area I would absolutely hire Lauren long-term. THANK YOU LAUREN!!
