Lauren was very good as far as taking care of my mother but I would absolutely not hire her again. She worked with us for 3 weeks and then quit stating she found a better paying job paying job. She put in only an 8 day notice and after 6 days she did not show up her last 2 days leaving my mother hanging without care.
