About Lauren

Hi, I'm Lauren! I graduated with a Bachelor's in Psychology and currently work full-time as a Pretrial Case Manager for a nonprofit organization. I'm looking to help out with babysitting or part-time nannying to put my energy, creativity, and love for kids to good use. I started babysitting when I was 12 and began nannying at 18. Over the years, I've cared for children of all ages ranging from toddlers to teens. During my long-time nanny family, I cared for a 2, 5, 9, and 11-year-old. Needless to say, I'm well experienced with handling chaos and tending to different needs at the same time. I'm patient, organized, and love creating a fun but structured environment where kids feel happy and safe. I have a reliable car for transportation and can help with light cleaning, meal prep, and planning activities to keep everyone engaged. Families I've worked with describe me as dependable, calm under pressure, and someone who truly enjoys spending time with their kids.
