Hi! I'm Lauren, and I have a background in healthcare with several years of experience working directly with patients in dental and medical offices. I also have volunteered for nursing homes and assisted my mother who is an occupational therapist with senior clients. I've always enjoyed building relationships with others and making people feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. I'm looking to provide friendly companionship and a helping hand to seniors who could use a little extra support in their everyday routines. Whether it's grocery shopping, running errands, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, or simply enjoying a conversation over coffee, I'm happy to help! I'm patient, dependable, and easygoing, and I understand how important it is for seniors to maintain their independence while still having someone they can count on.
