I'm passionate about helping students unlock their full potential through personalized support. For the past five years, I've worked with elementary and middle school students in various subjects, including Math, English, Test Preparation, Art, Music & Drama, Special Education, and Study Skills. As a certified teacher with a graduate degree, I tailor my approach to each student's learning style, using visual aids, hands-on activities, and engaging discussions. I celebrate small successes and foster curiosity to keep students motivated, even when concepts are challenging. Open communication with students and parents is essential for understanding individual needs and ensuring optimal progress. I am trained in Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and student accommodation plans (504). Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding part of tutoring.
