I am currently an occupational therapist specializing in working with individuals with neurological conditions with a passion for helping people engage in all aspects of their everyday life and supporting a healthy and happy lifestyle. I am currently in a nutrition program to become a certified nutritional therapist (NTP) and am looking for a job that may be more flexible than the therapy world while I am pursuing this education. Although I am not a pediatric OT, I was a respite care giver for an amazing boy with a severe musculoskeletal disorder during OT school. He taught me so much about life and about what is important in this word and I am forever grateful for my experiences with this job. Getting to interact with people with special needs is so amazing and eye opening. Seeing them be able to better engage and interact with their world is such an amazing thing. Having another opportunity to do this would be so meaningful to me and I am open to working a wide variety of individuals
