My name is Lauren. I am an experienced and dedicated professional with over seven years of expertise supporting adults with physical/intellectual disabilities and Autism. My background includes house management, direct care, and case management. In my current role as a Case Manager/ Direct Care Staff, I provide comprehensive support, including coordinating and attending medical appointments, assisting with financial management, and promoting independence through support with personal hygiene, Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs). I am recognized for my compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
