About Lauren

Hi there! my name is Lauren. I am a compassionate and experienced childcare professional looking to transition from my primary roles as an elementary paraprofessional, to a full-time home child care provider. My experience includes working children ages 3 to 15, as well as my role as main substitute for the school district for ages k- 6. I have spent a year dedicated to special education, working as one-on-one with a child with significant needs. This strengthened my adaptability ability to provide individualized support. My hands-on experience with preschoolers, combined with relevant coursework and professional development, has prepared me to create a nurturing, consistent, and engaging environment. I'm passionate about supporting children's growth and well-being. I am excited to bring my skills, energy, and dedication into a home setting to provide high-quality full-time care.
