About Lauren

My seven years of experience caring for children began with babysitting roles here and there and then substituting as a daycare provider. I have also worked at a summer camp for three summers, caring for children, ages four to 18, for a week at a time. I love being creative and desire to foster growth and development in a hands-on way. I am also a floral designer and received my associates degree in Art. As a creative and friendly caregiver, I enjoy playing outdoors, board games, puzzles, and crafts. I am happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I am comfortable caring for several children, typically one to 4 kids. I communicate with parents at pickup or follow their preferred method. I also follow their lead when enforcing household rules. Last but not least I am a Christian and love the Lord, and want to show everyone that God made them just how they are and He loves each of them very much.
