About Lauren

Hello. My name is Lauren. Let me tell you a bit about myself. I'm an energetic, thoughtful, and fun woman. I have been married for 13 years and have two children; a daughter who is going into 5th grade and a son who is 8 weeks old. I am opening my home to provide quality and loving childcare to a family with 1-2 children. My home is smoke-free and pet friendly (1 small dog and 2 cats). My professional experience is in probation. I began my career as a juvenile probation officer where I remained for 8 years and then transitioned to an adult probation officer for the last 5 years. I am also a certified instructor for Parenting Inside Out, an evidence-based program that assists families in creating detailed parenting plans for each of their individual children. I am a drug, alcohol, smoke free, fully-vaccinated, law abiding citizen with a reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license. While having fun is important, safety is my number one priority.
