About Lauren

My calling is to support the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. With a year of experience, I provide live-in care, transportation, and help with errands. I am also happy to assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility. I have experience adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations. I am patient and calm, and I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history. I communicate with families using their preferred method. I also have CPR and First Aid Training. I find joy in making a positive difference in the lives of those I care for, and I look forward to bringing my skills and compassion to your family.
