I have over 6 years of experience as a childcare worker , (ages 6 weeks-12 years) over 6 years of babysitting experience, (newborn - 12 years) and was most recently a fulltime nanny to kids ages 4. 5, 2. 5, 7mo, (foster child) and newborn. Lauren was the nanny for our four children. She is calm, playful, creative, and truly focuses on the well-being of children. She is incredibly trustworthy and loyal, and always goes the extra mile. Our needs changed and we didn't require a full-time nanny any longer, which is the only reason she's not with us any longer. If our childcare situation changes, we would call Lauren in a heartbeat. Any family would be lucky to have her.
