Lauren worked for us for about 8 years caring for my mom and disabled sister. Her position progressed from an initial part-time 12 hours a week to nearly full-time over the course of her time with us. She was providing both personal care, such as bathing assistance, feeding, toileting, and household activities such as grocery shopping, cleaning, meal preparation, and transportation. She went above and beyond, occasionally coming by the house on her days off to check on my family members. I trusted her to communicate with me about the needs of those under her care, and to alert me of any immediate issues. She was trustworthy and loved by my family members.
