My name is Lauren. I am a graduate from Aurora University with a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Currently, I have a full-time position as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at a school for children with Autism who have severe behavioral needs, but am looking for additional work. I have had a variety of experiences caring for children of all ages with a variety of needs. I grew up caring for my little sister with Angelman Syndrome, and as a teenager I would babysit family friends' children and my extended family's children. I have worked as a tutor, teacher's aide, para-professional, and now behavior analyst. I am very passionate about caring for children and working to help them meet their highest potential.
