About Lauren

Lauren is very professional and takes her job seriously. She has proven to be dependable and flexible over the ~3 years we've hired her as our full time nanny. She is very involved and hands-on with my kids, always seeking opportunities to enrich their lives through crafts at home, story time at the library or other outside excursions. She is a natural teacher with the initiative to teach my toddlers numbers, letters, colors, table manners and skills, etc. She is very loving, but still with a disciplined approach for my two toddlers. She has a lot of experience and can handle multiple children and extended, unusual hours and out of town trips. She communicates well with our family, seeks feedback regarding social interactions with our children or other ways, and is able to navigate our changing schedules. She is well reasoned and safe, with mature decision-making, always keeping our children's safety at the forefront. If we could pack her up and bring her with us on our move, we would!
