About Lauren

It is difficult to put into words what Lauren has meant to our family, but she deserves to be known fully and honestly for the remarkable person she is. Over the past two years, Lauren has become an essential part of our family’s rhythm and our daughter’s world. Her presence brings a sense of steadiness and emotional safety that is felt immediately. She has an intuitive way of meeting a child exactly where they are, offering warmth, patience, and genuine care that allows a child to feel seen and supported. Our daughter’s days are richer, more joyful, and more grounded because of Lauren. Lauren is wise, emotionally attuned, and deeply soulful in a way that cannot be taught. Her calm demeanor and open heart have shaped our daughter in profound ways, but they have also shaped me. Her voice has become another internal voice in my own mind, guiding me through difficult parenting moments with grace and perspective. During my transition into motherhood, she gently encouraged reflection and self care simply by how she lives and shows up. Because of Lauren, I am a more present, confident, and grounded parent. As a sound healer and deeply intuitive person, Lauren has introduced our daughter to presence and emotional awareness in ways that feel both gentle and lasting. She honors childhood with reverence and whimsy. She knows when to engage, when to listen, and when to simply hold space. Our daughter has learned how to pause, breathe, and move through the world with curiosity and ease because of Lauren’s influence. Recently, our daughter was lucky enough to be a flower girl in Lauren’s wedding. Watching her walk down the aisle with such confidence, joy, and ease was a powerful moment for me as a parent. I could not help but see it as a mirror of what Lauren has given her. Confidence without fear. Joy without self consciousness. Whimsy paired with a deep sense of belonging. That moment captured so clearly the expanded sense of community and self assurance Lauren has helped nurture in our child. Lauren has also broadened our daughter’s world in tangible ways, introducing her to friendships, experiences, and a sense of connection that we are endlessly grateful for. Her family has become a bonus family for our child, and we are unbelievably in love with Lauren, her husband, and her family. That closeness and trust exist because of who Lauren is at her core. She is responsible, steady, compassionate, and deeply kind. She notices the small things. She respects a child’s inner world. She shows up with intention, consistency, and love. Our daughter is happier, more confident, and more secure because of Lauren. Any family fortunate enough to welcome Lauren into their home will be gaining far more than a nanny.
