About Lauren

I have 22 years of childcare experience. I have 12 years as a teaching assistant in special needs schools experience from ages 18 months to 17 years old. I am in my first year of teaching at private autism program. I love being outdoors, doing crafts, going for walks/to the playground, being in the community is also so important for children. I firmly believe in the rules set by parents, so when I watch children I am diligent to maintain those boundaries that have already been preset within the home. I always make sure that the house is cleaned before the parents return. My only hard line is that I will not watch sick children as I am currently a caretaker for my father who has cancer and I also care for my 91-year-old grandmother.
