About Lauren

Hello Families! My name is Lauren P. I am able to work with children of all ages. I have been a professional care provider for over 10 years. I began my childcare career in 2009 working for a local school district. After I started a family of my own I transitioned to private preschools . I currently am employed as a nanny for a wonderful family in Long Beach. I am focused on providing a safe and enjoyable learning environment. I have great communication and organization skills. I have an AA Degree along with 24 Child Development Units. I am a mother of 2 daughters and know first hand how important it is to have your child being cared for by someone who is trustworthy, honest & caring. I continue to have a growing love for child development. I enjoy creating developmentally appropriate activities, working side by side to meet families needs, and prepare each child with the tools they will need for the next chapter of their development.
