About Laurenne

Hi, I'm Laurenne! I'm a passionate and patient tutor with a genuine love for helping students build confidence and find their academic footing. I believe every student learns differently and I take the time to understand how each child thinks and processes information so I can meet them where they are. I have several years of experience tutoring college students across a variety of subjects and which taught me how to break down complex concepts, adapt my teaching style, and keep students engaged even when the material feels overwhelming. My approach is encouraging and engaging - I want my students to feel supported. Whether we're working through math concepts, strengthening writing skills, or preparing for a test, my goal is to make learning feel approachable. I'm organized, reliable, and deeply committed to the growth of every student I work with. If you're looking for a tutor who's prepared, communicates openly, and truly invests in your child's success, I'd love to connect!
