About Lauren Nara

Hi! I'm Lauren, a college graduate with over 2 years of childcare experience, along with a background in tutoring and teaching art to children. I've also worked in a hospital setting, supporting patient care and communication, which has strengthened my sense of responsibility, attentiveness, and empathy. I enjoy planning creative and engaging activities such as arts and crafts, drawing, and hands-on projects, as well as outdoor play, reading, and educational games. I also like incorporating learning into everyday activities, whether that's helping with homework or encouraging curiosity through play. I aim to create a balance of fun, structure, and creativity based on each child's interests. I believe the most important part of being a nanny is creating a supportive and consistent environment where children feel comfortable being themselves. Building trust and understanding each child's personality is key, so they feel heard, respected, and encouraged.
