About Lauren

Hi! My name is Lauren, and I have over five years of experience working in childcare. I spent four years working in a daycare, where I cared for and supported children through important developmental milestones. I recently began my first year as a primary school paraeducator, where I continue to help children learn, grow, and build confidence in the classroom. Working with children has always been my passion. I love creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where kids feel supported and encouraged to be themselves. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is building meaningful connections with children and helping them grow socially, emotionally, and academically. I am patient, dependable, and caring, and I understand the importance of providing families with someone they can trust.
