Lauren is a wonderful caregiver. Our son E. loves her! She helped us for almost a year with 3 kids (2, 6, and 8), and I know my kids are safe in her hands. She always showed up on time to pick the kids up from school and communicated early if we needed to make other arrangements. If she was not available, her daughter helped out and was also wonderful.
