I've been caregiving part time for over 10 years. I love working with seniors and helping support adult independence and well-being. Whether you need help with the general challenges of life like personal care and home maintenance, support with physical therapy exercises or medication schedules, or a companion to find the perfect movie or coordinate an outing, I'd love to work with you. I'd describe my personality as warm, grounded, thoughtful. I started caring for seniors when I finished graduate school and was looking for extra income. In my spare time, I like to knit, read, go for a walk or watch a good movie. One thing you should know about me is I can be as present or as quiet as you need - whether that's being quietly be on hand for specific help when called on, or chatting through the day while doing the days tasks and errands I can meet your preferences.
