I come with over 13 years of experience working with children of all ages, from infants to teenagers, along with those who have special needs, mental health and/or behavioral concerns. I'm also a primary caretaker to my 3-year-old niece and have been raising her in my household since she was born. I'm patient, friendly, and energetic, always striving to create a warm and supportive environment. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Welfare. I am comfortable caring for up to four children. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, providing regular updates as desired and addressing any concerns. I mirror your approach to household rules, ensuring consistency and offering backup strategies when needed. I enjoy following the children's lead in activities, while incorporating any specific tasks you request. I am also happy to assist with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, crafts, and swimming supervision. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
