About Lauren

I'd describe my personality as dedicated, trustworthy, and compassionate. I enjoy working with kids because it brings me joy to see them grow and learn about themselves as well as the world around them. I feel it is crucial for caregivers to create a healthy and happy atmosphere for them to thrive in. I'm looking for a job that allows me to build a relationship in a creative and engaging environment with both the children and their parents for a healthy dynamic. I started working with kids when I was 20 years old at Chatham Hills Country Club where I worked childcare for almost 3 years while also babysitting for members. In my personal life, I tend to be more family oriented and hang out with my loved ones. I enjoy going on walks and working out. One thing you should know about me is I am very caring towards those around me and value my friendships/relationships very much. I would say my top 3 child care skills would consist of patience, organization, and creativity.
