Lauren did a great job communicating before coming to nanny. She arrived early and was warm and easy to work with. She asked great questions, was responsive throughout the day, and I came home to the apartment looking as good as I left it, with toys and dishes cleaned up. My littles enjoyed the food she made, coloring, and imaginative play.
