Hi! My name is Lauren and I'm 30 years old. I've been working with children since age 12 when I began babysitting my younger cousins. Throughout my teens and young adulthood I've had the privilege of caring for kids ages 3 months-13 years, from a wide range of families and backgrounds. These experiences have been the most fulfilling of my life. I graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a major in Child Development and Family Studies and for 2. 5 years worked in a before and after school care program at an elementary school in Long Beach. I taught Pre-k for one year and have nannied for the past 3 years. I have been changed immensely working with these kiddos and their families! To me there is nothing more rewarding than being able to aid in the development of a child's self-reliance, self-confidence, and to show them love and empathy. Teaching and helping kids grow is the one thing I've been consistently passionate about and I'm so grateful to have the opportunity to still do so.

Lauren is an exceptional nanny. She cared for our daughter for almost two years and I can confidently say that she is the best nanny we could have ever hoped for. Lauren is nurturing, kind, and possesses a level of professionalism that set her apart from the other nanny’s we interviewed. From the moment we spoke with her about her experience (and education) with young children, we were impressed. However, when we meet her in person and saw her interaction with our daughter, we knew she was the perfect fit for our family. Her gentle and sweet nature instantly put us at ease, knowing that our little one was in the best possible hands. Throughout her time with us, Lauren consistently provided our daughter with the best care and attention.
