We went through the interview process with Lauren and confirmed a start date. She seemed perfect and we were really excited. We were told she filled out the payroll paperwork through care and were expecting to meet her later that week. She completely ghosted us. We called her phone and got a voicemail management message so we thought maybe something just happened to her phone but we tried reaching out to her email and through the app... Nothing. No response. I totally understand if she changed her mind or got a more desirable offer but to ghost is completely unprofessional.
