About Lauren

I am a devoted mother of one son and two stepchildren, and caring for children is at the heart of who I am. My faith guides me in supporting families with patience, compassion, and respect. I am seeking part-time nanny work that allows me to be present for my son while maintaining flexibility to travel to Cleveland to spend time with family. I have a strong background working with children, including 4 years at Erin's House for Grieving Children, where I created peer-support grief curriculums, facilitated school-based groups for students ages 5-18, provided educational trainings to teachers and administrators, and was honored as Intern of the Year. I completed coursework through the Disney Institute and the Fred Rogers Institute, and recently worked as an instructional assistant at a local elementary school. I have experience with ABA and caring for children with autism and other special needs. I am nurturing, dependable, and committed to helping children thrive.
