About Lauren

Hi! My name is Lauren, and I have 4+ years of experience working with young adults with cognitive and developmental disabilities. As a Program Supervisor for an adult day training program, I coordinated daily schedules, personalized activities, and community outings to support skill-building, independence, and joy. I managed staff, collaborated with families, and ensured every need was met with patience and respect. I believe care should be person-centered, meeting each individual where they are. I'm highly organized-keeping schedules, transportation, and documentation running smoothly-and adaptable when plans change. Outside of work, I've planned trips to Scotland, England, California, Colorado, and more, bringing the same detail and problem-solving to caregiving. I'm creative, dependable, and passionate about making every day meaningful. My goal is to create a safe, encouraging environment where individuals feel valued and supported.
