I've been using Lauren for a few months now. She is very efficient. As with any new service provider, you have to work through expectations, but she is very easy to work with and is willing to do whatever you ask--within reason, of course. I'm glad I found her and will continue to use her. I highly recommend giving her a try if you need a regular housekeeper.
