About Lauren

Hi, I'm Lauren, a wife and mother of 2 young kids. I started care giving 10 years ago for a woman in our community and ever since then I have kept that passion to help the elderly with dementia and those with disabilities. I miss the one on one aspect of getting to interact with the clients and families. I missed the stories, conversations about life, the laughs, and the rewarding feeling of being selfless to another person. I also am registered through the Family Care Safety Registry with background check and fingerprints because we foster through the state of MO. I am insulin certified and Level 1 Medication Aide certified through my previous employer Glenfield Memory Care. I have years of experience with hoyer lifts, transfers, dementia care, you name it! I am a very patient person and really just want everyone to be cared for like they were my own family. One person caring about another person represents life's greatest value. -Jim Rohn
